Weight & Size restrictions

Express shipping carriers generally classify packages weighing 30 kg or more as heavy, except for FedEx, which sets this threshold at 68 kg. In addition to weight limits, size restrictions also apply and vary by carrier. If your package exceeds these limits, you may incur additional fees based on the carrier's pricing policies. However, if your shipment can be divided, we at Turkiship can help you avoid these restrictions by splitting your items into multiple packages for a more cost-effective solution.

While express carriers allow for multiple package shipments within a single order, this convenience is not available with standard or economy shipping options. For these services, you can only send one package per shipment, and the weight limit varies between 20 kg and 30 kg depending on the carrier and the destination country. Size restrictions also apply and vary by carrier.

Country restrictions

We offer shipping to almost all countries worldwide. However, please note that we currently do not provide service to certain destinations, including Palestine, Lebanon, and Israel, along with a few other countries.
